Starting from 1 January 2012, Dr. Gunter Franzke has joined the team of previously nine partners of TRINAVIS GmbH & Co. KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft. With Dr. Franzke's longstanding and international experience as an expert for transactions, reorganisation and restructuring, TRINAVIS will broaden its service portfolio in audit-related and fast-growing business areas.

GKT Industrie- und Handelstreuhand AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, which was established by Dr. Franzke and is now a subsidiary of TRINAVIS GmbH & Co. KG, will by continued by Dr. Franzke without change of name. By the merger with TRINAVIS, the resources regarding transactions and restructuring processes at the disposal of GKT Industrie- und Handelstreuhand will increase considerably. "Following the crisis of the financial markets, the requirements of banks and investors in respect of company analyses and restructuring reports have risen significantly" says Dr. Franzke. "We expect a growing demand for cash-flow oriented economic analyses and restructuring plans, also increasingly in the real estate sector."
